Our plum port is made from the ripest of fruit handpicked from our family’s orchard.
The plums are pulped, juiced, left to ferment slightly to create some natural alcohol before being fortified and left to age in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months.

Medium purple – plum coloured with great legs. The nose is all plummy with a slight savoury note – oak? On the palate there’s sweet Black Doris plum flavours, a crisp acidity and a nice warm finish from the alcohol. Full flavoured and very moreish!
