Our cherry port is made from ripe fruit handpicked from our family’s orchard.
The cherries are pulped, juiced, left to ferment slightly to create some natural alcohol before being fortified and left to age in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months.
Availalbe in 750ml and 375ml bottles.

Medium red/dark cherry indigo coloured with quite oily legs/viscosity. On the nose there’s ripe cherry aromas, complimented with hints of spice. There’s nice acid drive and fruit intensity on the palate, fine silky textures and cherry fruit flavours, results in a well balanced quite delicious port. More!
