Our first foray into bubbles we kind of undersold this when we labelled it Sparkling Wine! A vintage Méthode Traditionelle, it is dry, elegant and Central Otago sunshine in a bottle.

Our 7th Heaven Pinot Noir 2015 is fruit-driven with cherry and plum overtones with notes of pepper and spice. A lighter style, it pairs beautifully with soft cheeses.
Lally’s Gold Blanc de Noir 2018
An intensely fruity wine when young, our 2018 Lally’s Gold Blanc de Noir has mellowed into a very easy drinking white wine.
Made from 100% pinot noir grapes, the golden hue results from minimal skin contact prior to a whole bunch press. Enjoy on its own or with dishes with fresh Asian flavours, white meats or summer salads.
