Cocktail Recipe:

Doris Jones Highball

Designed to be made with East Imperial Premium Mixers.

Ingredients:

50 ml Suncrest Orchard Plum Port

150ml East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic

Orange Slice

Sprig of Rosemary

Method

  • Add the plum port to a chilled highball glass
  • Pack with ice and top with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic and gently stir
  • Garnish with the orange slice and rosemary
