Description
Our nectarine port is made from the ripest of fruit handpicked from our family’s orchard.
The nectarines are pulped, juiced, and because they are naturally lower in sugars, fermentation to create some natural alcohol is longer than our other fruit ports. The fermented juice is then fortified and left to age in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months.
