Cocktail Recipe:
Cherry Port Mule
Designed to be made with East Imperial Premium Mixers.
Ingredients:
50 ml Suncrest Orchard Cherry Port
3-4 fresh seasonal berries
Squeeze Lime Juice
150ml East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
Garnish: Fresh Berries of your choice, Sprig of fresh mint
Method
- Add the cherry port, berries and fresh lime juice into a shaker tin
- Pack with ice and short shake for 5-7 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled highball glass packed with ice cubes and top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
- Garnish with the seasonal berry of your choice and mint sprig that has been bruised to release the aroma
