Our white cherry port is made from the ripest of fruit handpicked from our family’s orchard.
The white cherries are pulped, juiced, left to ferment slightly to create some natural alcohol before being fortified and left to age in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months. Just prior to bottling the port is sweetened with 100% natural New Zealand Manuka Honey.

Gorgeous burnt toffee – bourban coloured port with huge legs. The nose is all toffee, caramel and honey aromas with the cherry in the background. On the palatae the sweet toffee /honey flavours hides the cherry flavours a little but it’s full of depth with a wonderfully long warming finish – sit by the fire sitting this – perfect.
