Our ripest peaches have created a very floral, vibrant and juice-driven peach port with a soft natural acidity and sweetness.

Best served chilled, mix with tonic water or use as an ingredient in glazes, dressings or sauces.

Description

Our peach port is made from the ripest of fruit handpicked from our family’s orchard.

The peaches are pulped, juiced, left to ferment slightly to create some natural alcohol before being fortified and left to age in neutral French oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.
