Recipe for Summer Spice Cocktail made with Suncrest Orchard Nectarine Port

Ingredients:

50 ml Suncrest Orchard Nectarine Port

150ml East Imperial Tonic Water

Cinnamon Quill

Fresh Lime Slice

Method

  • Pack a chilled tall glass with ice and slide a cinnamon stick down the side.
  • Add the nectarine port and tonic water and stir gently to combine
  • Garnish with a slice of lime.
