The deadline for orders is 11am on the day prior to dispatch. Dispatch days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. We do not dispatch on Public Holidays.
We do not ship to rural delivery addresses or to PO Boxes. Please note that the courier’s definition of rural delivery can differ from that of NZ Post.
Our mail order service operates within New Zealand only, we cannot send fruit overseas.
For cherry orders, a tracking number will be emailed when the fruit is dispatched. Please allow until 7pm on the day of dispatch to receive this tracking number. For other fruits, tracking numbers will only be emailed if requested – please note this in the comments sections on the checkout page if required.
Couriers will deliver the order to the address and location provided by the customer. Once the order has been left at the specified address, the order will be deemed to be delivered. We highly recommend that you choose a shipping address where there will be someone available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
For South Island deliveries, please allow 24 hours after dispatch for delivery. For North Island deliveries, please allow 48 hours.
If the customer receives an incorrect order, the customer is required to contact Suncrest Orchard within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the fruit delivered. If the customer does contact Suncrest Orchard within 24 hours, a replacement order can be arranged to be sent.
