The fruits are picked then pulped, and left to inoculate. The juice is then separated from the fruit pulp and is drained into a tank where it is fermented slightly to create some natural alcohol.

In NZ it is against the law to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address. 

All deliveries require a signature, so we are unable to leave product on the door step. If no one is available to sign for the order, a calling card will be left to advise of the attempted delivery.

For South Island orders please allow 24 hours after dispatch for delivery. For North Island orders please allow 48 hours for delivery.

We do not ship to rural delivery addresses, or to PO Boxes.
