7th Heaven Pinot Rosé is crafted from 100% pinot noir grapes grown on our family’s small Bannockburn vineyard.
The juice was drained from the Pinot Noir tank after 4 days soaking on skins. Leaving the juice on skins has created a rich red coloured Rosé with great concentration and flavours.
Fermentation was stopped at 18g/l residual sugar, leaving it as a stunning medium dry wine. The Rosé is then stabilised, fined and filtered then bottled after 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Quite a deep pink colour with copper/orange hues. The nose is subtle with raspberry and strawberry aromas predominant. Medium dry in style with a nice residual berry-fruit sweetness on the palate. fine acidity and lighter tannins all in balance, long refreshing finish – drinking nicely and just in time for Spring/Summer evenings on the deck with a platter.
