Designed to be made with East Imperial Premium Mixers.

Ingredients:

50 ml Suncrest Yellow Plum Port

150ml East Imperial Yuzu Tonic

Fresh Green Apple Slices

Method

  • Add the yellow plum port into a chilled tall glass
  • Pack with ice and top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic and gently stir
  • Garnish with a fan of fresh apple slices
