50 ml Suncrest Orchard Apricot Port

150ml East Imperial Old World Tonic

Kaffir Lime Leaf

Lemon Slice


  • Add ice, apricot port and tonic water to a chilled stemless wine glass and gently stir to combine.
  • Slide a Kaffir Lime leaf down the side of the glass and top with a slice of lemon.
